i accidentally hear this song when i searched for kitade nana's song downloads...
only heard the tune (mid file, just like polyphonic tunes...)
the title of the tune was sukiyaki....
then i remembered that this song was the song i sang during my school choir...
so immediately i download the song, and walla come out with lyric after 3 times hearing it back and forth....

*p/s : i only know the first sentence meaning, "ue o muite aruko, namida ga kobore naiyouni" which means " walking with head up so tears wont fall down".....i dunno if i'm correct or not...
